Tezlom Logistics is a UK logistics recruitment agency supplying HGV drivers, warehouse operatives and transport office staff to businesses across the North West and nationwide. We are based at Victoria House in Southport, Merseyside.
We were founded to do logistics recruitment the way it should be done: transparent pay information for drivers, real fill-rate data for clients, and compliance evidence on demand — not "fully vetted" marketing claims with nothing behind them.
Most agencies still run on off-the-shelf platforms with patchy compliance data and slow placement times. We built our own CRM, with live compliance tracking and real-time booking visibility for our clients. That's the difference. Nothing flashier than that — just better tooling, better data, better service.
Why Tezlom Logistics exists
Tezlom started as a small, family-run recruitment business. The name itself comes from family — Tom and Lez, two of the original Armitage family members who shaped what the business stands for. From day one the operating principle was simple: treat candidates and clients the way you'd want a member of your own family treated. That's stayed the same as the business has grown.
Tezlom Logistics is the same operating principle applied to a different sector. UK logistics runs on people — HGV drivers, warehouse operatives, FLT operators, transport planners — and most of the recruitment around them treats those people as interchangeable units of labour. That's the gap we exist to close. Compliance evidence you can actually verify on demand. Pay rates we explain honestly rather than hide. Weekly pay that lands on time without you having to chase. A real Southport-based team who knows your name and the sites you work.
