Tezlom Logistics provides temporary driver and warehouse staff for shift cover, seasonal peaks, holiday cover, sickness cover, and ad-hoc operational demand. We are the employer of record, you provide direction at site. Weekly invoicing.

When temporary staffing makes sense

How it works

    You raise the requirement

    By phone, by our post-a-vacancy form, or by CRM webhook integration once you're an active client.

    We match a vetted candidate

    From candidates on our books, all compliance live in our CRM. Same-day or next-day for most roles.

  3. 3

    You confirm and the driver attends

    Driver receives shift confirmation with site address, contact, start time, and any specific requirements.

  4. 4

    Weekly invoice, weekly pay

    Driver paid weekly via PAYE. You invoiced weekly for hours worked plus our margin.
