Modern Slavery Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Tezlom Logistics Ltd ("Tezlom Logistics") is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and supply chain. This statement is published in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our business

Tezlom Logistics is a UK recruitment agency supplying HGV drivers, warehouse staff and transport office personnel to UK clients across the logistics industry. We are based at Victoria House, 20 Hoghton Street, Southport, PR9 0NX.

Our policy on slavery and human trafficking

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain or our own business.

Due diligence, candidate side

Every candidate placed by Tezlom Logistics is subject to Right-to-Work verification, identity verification, reference checks, and direct payment to bank accounts in their own name. We do not facilitate placements where pay is routed through third parties, and we investigate any candidate-side indicators of coercion or restricted freedom.

Due diligence, client side

We assess our clients for operational practices that align with REC and Logistics UK good-practice standards. We will not place candidates with any organisation that we believe is not meeting its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Training

All Tezlom Logistics staff involved in candidate registration, compliance and placement are trained to recognise indicators of modern slavery and labour exploitation.
