Tezlom Logistics

About

Compliance you can verify — not just claims you have to trust.

Every driver placed by Tezlom Logistics is vetted to UK Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requirements and Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) good-practice guidelines. The difference is that we'll show you the evidence on demand.

Compliance FAQs

What is a 12-week rolling compliance check?

A 12-week rolling compliance check is a continuous re-verification cycle where each driver's key compliance documents — driving licence (DVLA check), Driver CPC validity, Digital Tachograph card status, Right to Work, and reference history — are reviewed every 12 weeks rather than only at registration. This catches expired licences, lapsed CPCs and changed circumstances before they affect a shift.

What documents do you check for every driver?

Driving licence (DVLA online check with mandate), Driver CPC qualification card, Digital Tachograph card, Right to Work in the UK (manual or share-code), two professional references, and any role-specific certifications (ADR, HIAB, Moffett, FLT etc.).

Can clients see the compliance evidence?

Yes. Our bespoke CRM provides clients with read-only access to redacted compliance dashboards for the drivers placed at their sites. You can see what's been checked, when it was last verified, and when it next falls due. Most agencies make you take their word for it.

How quickly can a vetted driver start work?

For drivers already on our books with current compliance, the same day or next day. For new candidates, full vetting typically takes 24-72 hours depending on document availability and reference response times.
